Excellent experience from initial browsing to delivery and enjoyment. Nice varied selection on the floor. Returned and ordered a sofa with no pressure and expert advice (superior to our experience with others in the area recently). Piece came when advertised and they held it 'til we were ready, no problem. Delivery guys were courteous and careful. Have loved the sofa since!
