Charlie has sold us our last two trucks. Great, honest guy. Service is a joke. We drove an hot and a half (both ways) twice. They fixed nothing! Our last visit lost them a future customer, and as many as I can tell. We got there, they lost or appointment. After waiting 4 hours for an 1.5 hour job we were told they had none of the parts.(we had to call them-they never told us). When we complained, they tried to put all blame on us. We even caught a manager mocking us behind our backs!!! They have been trying to make things right, but... Will we shop there again? Prob not. Too bad, Charlie does a great job.
I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option. Best customer service and sales in the Rochester region!! Very honest, no games, quality workmanship...
Very satisfying and memorable experience! Really appreciated the special attention I received. The entire sales staff seemed to be working to make the sale easy and worry free!! Couldn't have been done any better! Great people! Outstanding service!! Love my truck! I will be back!
