A small community made of one half retired old people. This is a little ghetto where the kids are as rude as the old people. lady in the office is nice though
Lot rent is way to much... Roads suck
None of the lot rent. Goes back into the parks upkeep. Sure it pays for garbage pickup & for the roads to be snow plowed. But, not for new asphalt on the roads, etc. As it costs one [1] tires, shocks, struts & suspension to drive on 'em! Plus, they have no qualified help employed there. To adequately fix, anything ; - ( At least the woman in the office there is tops! She can't do anything really though. Due to everything being decided in a different part of the State. A bigger trailer park.
