We'll set up boat launch, big parking lot w ample parking. Public bathrooms need some attention...
This is the launch we use to access Canandaigua Lake while boating. Has a pretty big parking area as well as "overflow" area. Gets busy on weekends and holidays, but they're pretty good about monitoring the green and red flags to optimize the traffic. Restrooms are always clean that I see and staff there are always friendly.
With the Lake Ontario flooding, boat owners from that area are bringing their boats down to Canandaiga Lake on the weekends. This is causing much congestion, confusion and waiting. Most boat owners are inconsiderate and ignorant because they don't have their boats ready to launch when they reach the launch ramps. WHEN YOUR BOAT REACHES THE LAUNCH RAMP, ITS SUPPOSED TO BE READY TO GO IN THE WATER. NOT, load coolers, tie ropes, place their bumpers, inflate tubes or load flotion devices. These people cause long lines, congestion and annoy knowledgeable considerate boat owner's.
This is a beautiful and well cleaned place. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to relax.
This launch is handy for Canandaigua Lake, right off the main road into town. Can get very busy and hectic on the weekends. They offer free entrance for seniors during the week. Bathrooms are generally kept very clean. Watch for knuckleheads at the ramps who don't know what they're doing. I feel bad for the park staff who can't really Police it adequately.

Admission is $7, but there are several passes that allow you to get in for free. There's a free senior pass that allows free weekday admission, and a purchased pass (Empire, I think?) that allows free any day admission.
