Expensive machines, half of the machines are out of order, no detergent in the dispenser, worst laundromat I've been to in a lomg time, I'll take my business elsewhere
The dryers are amazing but the machines for change are ALL OUT OF ORDER. Could use a remodeling and a damn good cleaning. Other than that it's what you expect from a laundromat.
Your lucky if you can find an machine that works. Way too expensive. Plaza is the pits.
Needed somewhere to do my family's laundry while my machine was being repaired. Came here because it was convenient and looked clean. Horrible experience. Most of the machines, washers and dryers, were down and of those that weren't you were taking a chance.
Facility poorly kept 90% of machines out of order. Working in the area out of indiana front door says it automatically locks at 11pm. Stepped outside for a smoke at 10 and the door locked behind me. All my clothes were locked inside the store. There's an emergency number posted so I called the number. When the guy answered I explained the problem. His first response was to suggest I break into the store. Being from out of town that was not an option. His next suggestion was that since he was an hour away I'll have to wait and come get them in the morning ingredients and there was nothing he could do. If I'm in this area again I'll stay far away and I'll be sure to tell everyone else not to go here. When I say the facilities are poorly kept that's an understatement!
