Can't say enough good about the staff, they are amazing and you never have to wait long, and. They actually listen to your issues and address them.
The most unprofessional group I've ever dealt with. Unfriendly, the first appointment I made for myself, was canceled 2 times, then I felt like I was an inconvenience, and rushed when I finally got in. The next visit I made was for my 10 year old daughter for a strep check. I was told there equipment wasn't working, so they would send it out and call me with the results within 24 hours. Never received a call, I called them and left a voice mail the 2 nd day. Received a call back at the end of day, was told they still didn't have the results, and that I would get a call the following Monday with the results, 4 days after the strep check. When I called on Monday, the receptionist hung up on me when placed on hold. I called back and spoke with a nurse, who told me still no results, and she'd call back when available, she was impatient, and irritated with me on the phone. I will be looking for a new Dr for me and my kids.
