Recently we have needed to have a lot of work done on our car that was very unexpected. Nick has been not only honest but resourceful in finding the most cost effective but quality way to resolve the problems. After working with Nick you have no doubt that he has your best interest in mind. We completely trust him and his business and are grateful for the quality service they provide.

I've been using Uptown Auto for over a year now. I'm very picky about where my cars are serviced and by whom. The guys there not only accurately and efficiently troubleshoot and repair your vehicle, they won't "upsell" you on parts or services you don't need. Best part is, they always fit me into their hectic schedule.
Again they cannot solve the problem once again our dealership made us go back and once again the check engine came on.. with the same code it has had for 5 times.. WOULD NOT SUGGEST FOR ANYONE HORRIBLE

Horrible experience!! Went there 4 times (the only reason we went back is because our dealership uses them) they kept trying to "put a band-aid" on instead of actually solving the problem. They would always say "it'll be done tomorrow".. and it never was done on time.. They were rude, and on top of everything they locked the ONLY set of keys (that is all that came with the car) we had in the car!!
As a "car guy" I want competent mechanics repairing my vehicles when I can't - and the guys at Uptown Auto are my choice.
