Extremely slow service. Employees are grumpy, disrespectful and just complain the whole time. Made an appointment for a state inspection and dropped off the car and it took them 3 hours to call and claim the machine was down which most likely was a lie, they just needed a reason for not completing such an easy tasks. Avoid this place. Mr. Tire in Victor is way better.

To begin with, they're not particularly friendly with new customers. I needed my back window fixed because it wouldn't go up, and I needed them to replace the license plate for me, since I don't have the tools.They got the window up but never fixed the original reason it stuck, so now I just don't use that window. They also charged me $30 for replacing that plate! Then I took in our other car for an oil change and I was concerned about the sounds the brakes were making. They told me the brakes were fine. Well, a month later they were sounding pretty bad, so I took it to another place and had to replace rotors and all. I don't hear the brakes now, and Trombley lost a customer.
