I do love our regular vet, but was very pleased with this office, and with their hours being more, we may consider a switch.
Extraordinary is absolutely an understatement for this wonderful practice! I was recently faced with the most difficult decision of my life... to say goodbye to my 13+ yr old Akita.
The receptionist, vet tech AND Dr. James were all super nice and helpful and we left feeling like our newest little family member was in good hands. They did quite a few blood tests and checked him over carefully and we left with some eye drops and antibiotics which will hopefully clear it up. They provided very clear instructions under which he should be brought back in immediately or else we'll follow back up within a week. They also directed us whether to make the followup appt with a tech instead of the Dr if possible with certain criteria, to save money on the next visit.
Very impressed! We had two new kittens we'd had only a week and one came down with a nasty eye infection (or something like that, from the looks of it) We had previously gone to another local vet which we also love for our other animals, but it was a Saturday afternoon and this one was the only local one open, so we figured it was worth a shot to give a call. They got us right in within the hour at 3pm on a Saturday (we saw signs there that they also have Urgent Care on Sundays from 10-5, which is also pretty cool!)
We were certainly blessed to have been in the best place possible at such a difficult time! Thank you from my heart!
They even have different sides of the waiting room for dogs and cats! :)

Dr Samala was by far the MOST compassionate doctor I have ever encountered! She was incredibly patient and explained every detail for me to make the most informed decision for my "soul puppy"! She was truly my "Angel" that day and sincerely cared for my pup AND me! I am so very grateful to her!

I have used this facility for over 20+ years and my feline and I have been treated to the most outstanding service you can imagined. Plus the pet biscuits taste great as well. Only problem they will only permit us both to just have one apiece.
