AWESOME time. It's difficult but fun! Caitlyn was fabulous!
Had a single reservation for a stand up paddle board. Just as I pulled in they called to cancel my reservation because of the "wind". There was very little wind but I watched a large group walk out carrying paddles and head over to the boards as I was on the phone with them. They took EVERY rental board there. Don't do business with low life's like this that give away your reservation
They know their stuff, are friendly, and are reasonably priced.
Horribly rude. We called multiple times asking if we could get a paddle board delivered to the lake house we were renting (less than 5 miles away), and after getting bounced around and never able to get a solid answer, we decided to stop by. We talked to an employee outside who said that sure, they could deliver one, probably around 5 pm. So, we went inside and the owner? Told us they don't deliver and asked us what our cars were. We told him we had rental cars, and asked again if they could just deliver us the paddleboard (like almost every other watersports place), and he again told us he could just put roof racks on our rental cars. So, we decided not to get a paddle board from him, as we didn't want to get racks out on our rental cars for fear of scratching them and then having to pay extra. I then asked him about SCUBA and he basically said "well, since you didn't give me the padeleboard business, I don't want to help you with SCUBA"...crappy customer service and a rude owner. Look elsewhere if you can.
Great for solo or group rentals and sales of paddle boards, kayaks, wind surfing lessons, etc. Great staff and location on the lake.
