Good place to stop for a quick eat.
I love Wendy's as a company but this one is in need of help. Every time I visit this store I am disappointed.
The trash bins were over flowing as well as the ones for the Tim Hortons side of the house.
I've never seen a more dirty place. Even for a fast food joint, it was disgusting. We walked in at 7pm and every single table and booth was either occupied or filthy. The floor was covered in wrappers and food. Every surface looked sticky. The garbage cans were overflowing. When we ordered I asked for a cloth and spray to wipe down a table and they looked at me as if I had just requested white linen tablecloths. I'm sorry, but asking for a clean surface for my family and I to eat our dinner on is not a "high class" request, it's basic hygiene. We don't eat fast food much but when we do we always choose Wendy's because they are typically a cut above. This location reminded me of a rest stop. I left feeling like I needed a long shower and a memory eraser. Needless to say, we will never be going there again.
The customer service was awful the employee with literally told us to not comeback during certain times he was a larger man with a red hair this service was totally unacceptable
