A little bit hard to find (it's in a strip mall) but the theater we were in was nice (clean, comfy seats, good screen and sound). Ticket prices seemed average. The person at the front desk was really nice.
Went and saw It. Good movie. But original was better.

Not all that clean all of the time. However, it does have a very pleasant small town feel, and is never over crowded.
