It doesn't matter how nice you are or how fast you make my food if I don't receive the correct food that ordered.

Always great quality, awesome customer service, amazing app, fabulous deals, and can't beat rewards program. This is our favorite pizza place!!
The problem is my order is wrong almost every single time I order. Its to the point where I feel like I'm being messed with. 4 or 5 pizzas in a row have had missing ingredients in the past 6 Months. Mind boggling and very frustrating.
The food is usually very good and have received good customer service.

Today my toddler fell asleep in the car on my way to pick up our pizza. The amazing Dominos employee offered to carry the food out to my car for me, since my arms were filled with a sleeping toddler. It's customer service like this that brings my family back to Canandaigua Dominos time and time again. Thank you to the amazing staff for going above and beyond!
