I would definitely stay there again.
The only criticism that I have with the Miami Motel is its use of micro-thin (pretty much see-through) toilet paper. To use it "safely," it needed to get folded over about 5 times. Sorry, but that's true.
We've been here a few times now and have not once been disappointed. The room are amazingly set up to resemble a Miami vibe. Highly recommended! The owners are just as wonderful and so down to earth. Thank you Denny and Val. We're be back.
I stayed here over the weekend of Oct7-8, 2017. It was great! Very friendly owners and the rooms were very spacious and clean. It has a very retro look and feel. The owners and staff do a wonderful job. If you need a room in the area, I highly recommend the Miami Motel!
As motels go, this one is an A++. No kidding.
A lot of thought & consideration went into outfitting our room. Two high quality, queen-sized beds in two adjoining rooms (that share a window air conditioner through a cut-out in the wall). A very functional, and good-sized flat screen TV. A round table. Good-sized bathroom with a tub & shower. A mid-sized fridge. An additional sink with a mirror outside of the bathroom. Hair dryer, ironing board with iron. And starting at 7am, there's coffee, tea, bagels, donuts, muffins, apples, oranges, bananas and so on, waiting for the guests to take at their pleasure in the main office.
Loved my stay! Not what you would expect from a local motel! Everything was very clean and up to date. Very cozy and great location, close to everything you would want to do. Owners were great, very accommodating. Brought our dog and they were happy to have him stay. Will stay there again definitely.
Stayed here for a wedding because it was way cheaper than the Holiday Inn. Was pleasantly surprised. Huge rooms. Shaded patio area. Carport. Good coffee. Doesn't look like much from the road, but I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
No kidding, this place was loaded with necessities & meaning amenities.
