I just wanted to extend my appreciation to the staff for their service in resolving my recent issue. I ordered a 20' extension ladder in early July, and it arrived damaged. Rather than make me wait another month for a replacement, they gave me a refund, and offered me an excellent deal on a 24' replacement they already had on the shelf. I got a better ladder for less, and I'm very satisfied with their service. Many thanks.
Placed an online order with 70 plus items. The store chosen for the online order was unable to completely fill the order so the order was forwarded to the Canandaigua location. The store manager Mike Jones, called to update the status of the entire order. He takes a lot of pride in his job, excellent customer service.

Lowe's in Canandaigua is a great place to shop. They are so warm and friendly. The employees are always ready to not only take you to the exact place you need to go, but answer any questions you may have. The plus is, they also give a military discount.
Even though the store was quite busy, the associates were friendly, engaging and helpful.
