My two year old son and I went in for a cleaning. This was my son's first visit to a dentist and I couldn't have been more happy with the experience! Dr. Aharon and the assistants were amazing! My son was so comfortable the whole time and the atmosphere was so warm and happy. I have had work done since then, an extraction and fillings. Each time I go, there is laughter and smiling faces. The extraction was a breeze and not painful at all, which is a huge plus for me. If I can go in without worrying about pain, I can look forward to going to the dentist and having work done. I will definitely be sticking with them and referring to everyone I know!
Dr. Aharon and his staff are so wonderful, caring, and thoughtul! They have always gone above and beyond to secure my comfort and trust in everything they do! The staff gets to know you, and makes you feel like you're more than a patient. This dentist is not worth going to, yes the dentist himself is nice and caring but if you don't cancel before 48 hours or you miss your appointment you are never aloud back there, especially if you have kids and something happens to them the day of your appointment they still won't let you reschedule your appointment. So don't bother
I had to cancel my 9am appointment at 8am when my son woke up vomiting. I was greeted with a voicemail. (I left one). I called back at 10am to apologize to a real person and I'm told I am not able to reschedule. ONE time having to cancel outside of the 48 hour window. I have never been treated like that anywhere before. I have two exposed nerves and have been anticipating this appointment for weeks. I can't believe how let down I am. I thought I found a family friendly dentist for my son and I. I'm so disappointed.
Your letter: DESPICABLE! Do you normally write such letters to those who complain about services or lack of organization? How dare you.... And You Will give me my records. I will be in on monday for my records. Your services are terrible. You couldn't offer the services needed to remove my wisdom teeth grown in sideways, because you dont do that surgery... You refused to release my records to a new office, for weeks and weeks, until two days ago, you tell me I can come in person to pick them up. All I heard every day was we cant fax them. Its nto readable. Its nto possible. we cant do that.....I told you over the phone, I will no longer seek your services in the future. Now in a letter, you disinvite me as a patient and tell me You can release my records to the new office If I sign a form. Exactly what Ive been asking for weeks and weeks while my teeth and gums are swollen and in pain...For weeks I have been in PAIN With SWELLING and rot AND NOW YOU FINALLY GIVE IN AND SAY THERE'S A WAY TO RELEASE THEM TO THE NEW DOCTOR.... Why the change now? Shame on you. Your front desk girls are rude and unorganized. and your letter is Unforgettable. Inappropriate and unprofessional. You think I have no confidence in you as a doctor. You wrote that int he letter. Do you normally write letters disinviting patients, who have told you, they will not return to you in the future for services? Whats the point of the letter in the first place? Retaliation for finding a new doctor? I found a new doctor and wanted my records, and you send me a letter disinviting me. According to other negative reviews all over the web, your office seems to have some major respect issues. SUBPAR! I question your mentality.
