It would have been a five if I had been informed of the debit card policy before I went to pick the rental up. That being said the rest of my experience was great. Friendly manager went through the pick up process with me. Since I dropped it back off after hours, I received a phone call the next day and had a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use them again next time I need a rental.
The person working was super nice and helpful. The car was ready and clean. It was an easy process.
We had a great experience! Everything was very easy to get set up with a car and the price was absolutely worth the time we rented the car! This is definitely the best place to rent a car!
Updated: 5/16/17. After emails to enterprise customer care they were able to switch out the vehicle and have it delivered to me. I'm glad that I contacted them, and I am content with their resolution of the issue.
Jillian the branch manager was nice but we got a car that was stinking of cigarettes and perfume. I asked to be switched to a different similar vehicle as I have small kids and didn't want to expose them to that. She informed me that there was nothing she could do as everything was booked. As a company I expect you to stand by your product and if an issue like this arises it should be handled in a correct manner. If nothing was available today it should be your job to get me a different car another day as I have this car for a week. I will not be doing business with this company again.
Staff is courteous and efficient but car selection is small. We weren't upgraded despite corporate offers (poor Enterprise system requires cancelling reservation and starting over - look out for rate increases). Car had a bad wheel and was replaced en route (more nice staff). First car had 40K miles and was pretty beat - body/interior issues were documented but recommend checking the wheels, tires before driving off.
